ECE4302Modern control systems(ENG)
F Crusca 4 points + 26 lectures, 26 hours of tutorial and laboratory classes + First semester + Clayton + Prerequisites: ECE3301 or ECS3331 + Prohibitions: ECS4332, ECE5302, ELE4231 Synopsis: An introduction to a select number of fundamental concepts in contemporary control theory. The scope will include modelling, analysis, simulation and controller design for single-input, single-output systems. Topics to be covered include: system identification; optimal control; robust control; adaptive control; fuzzy control; model-based predictive control; gain scheduled control and nonlinear control.
