Synopsis: Advanced typographic and image preparation, formatting and control, applications to production processes. Technical considerations of electronic preparation of single, spot, multi- and process colour artwork for these processes. New techniques and emerging trends such as 'hexachrome' colour printing, stochastic screening, digital pre-press or press proofing systems.
