Synopsis: The creative, open and innovative use of the computer as a design tool. Increasingly complex capabilities of the computer and the use of peripheral devices. An open, adventurous approach to digital imaging and a willingness to experiment are encouraged in formal and informal classes and individual discussions.

Assessment: Weekly exercises: 40% + Projects: 50% + Journal: 10%
