CJC3010Legal Studies, Law and Society(ART)
Dr Jane-Maree Maher 6 points + Semester One + Clayton and Caulfield + 2 contact hours (one hour lecture and one hour tutorial) + Prerequisites: CJC1001/CJC1002(These units are prerequisites only if the student wishes to undertake a CJC major. This unit can be taken as an elective wihtout prerequisites.) Synopsis: As for CJC2010. Assessment: Two hour examination: 40% + Research essay (2500 words): 40% + Class presentation: 10% + Class participation: 10% + Compared with second year students, third year students will be expected to demonstrate wider reading and greater knowledge of the subject. They will do this by answering a specific exam question devoted to issues of a more conceptual nature. |
