Synopsis: Process flow sheet analysis: representation of flow sheet, decomposition, classification of variables. Data collection: sample heterogeneity, sampling errors, correct sample practice. Data analysis: reconciliation of redundant data, detection and rectification of gross errors.

Assessment: Examinations: 60% + Assignments: 40%
