Synopsis: Topics include law of international trade, including rights and duties in international sales transactions; legal regimes governing contracts for carriage of goods internationally; legal aspects of financing international trade; shipping documents, documentary collections and letters of credit.

Assessment: Research assignment (5000 words): 50% + Examination (3 hours): 50%
