Synopsis: Topics include principles of property law including types of property, interests in property which may be held, the methods of acquiring and disposing of such interests and succession of property upon death. The subject also examines aspects of contract law, Trade Practices Act, agency and the law of partnerships, companies and trusts of relevance to business.

Assessment: Optional assignment (2000 words): 20% + Examination (3 hours, open-book): 80% or 100%
