Synopsis: Topics include current tax planning techniques; analysis of recent developments in the law including cases and rulings; changes to tax legislation; a selection of current topics not covered in other subjects; tax reform proposals.

Assessment: Optional research assignment (5000 words): 50% + Examination (3 hours, open-book): 50% or 100%
