Mr Wayne Gumley 6 points + 3 hours per week + Second semester + Caulfield Synopsis: An introduction to environmental law in Australia with special emphasis on its application to business and development projects. Topics include rights and responsibilities of property holders, common law liability, government responsibilities, international obligations and specific regulatory schemes for management of water, air pollution, industrial waste and land development.
