Synopsis: The unit has both a theoretical and practical emphasis, focussing on skill acquisition applicable to individual, group and systems settings. Listening skills, interviewing, creative problem solving and time/stress management are explored in a range of learning settings.

Assessment: Individual report (1200 words): 25% + Interview video and evaluation (800 words): 25% + Group project and presentation (2500 words): 50%
