Synopsis: Studio sessions and tutor demonstrations develop the design processes, understanding of materials, forming methods and technical procedures associated with studio projects. The theory of glass practice, including technical, conceptual aesthetic and cultural isses is delivered in regular fortnightly seminars. Students are encouraged to identify, analyse and discuss issues related to both the practical and theoretical content of the course.

Assessment: Portfolio or work and research paper + Mid semester 20% + End of semester 80%
