6 points + 1.5-hour lecture and 1.5-hour tutorial per week + OCDL, approximately 12 hours per week + First semester + Berwick, Gippsland, Peninsula, Malaysia + Prerequisite: AFW2021

Synopsis: The nature of projects, project evaluation and selection, project organisation and responsibility accounting, project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation, project monitoring and information systems, earned value management, project evaluation and auditing.

Assessment: Project presentation: 30% + Examination: 70%
