1. Graduate Certificate in Law (Tribunal Procedures)
The graduate diploma courses offered are:
1. Graduate Diploma in Law with specialisations in the areas of:

• banking and finance law
• commercial law
• criminal justice and litigation
• intellectual property
• international and comparative law
• internet and electronic law
• tribunal procedures

2. Graduate Diploma in Trade Mark Law and Practice
3. Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice, skills and ethics
4. Master of Laws. Students may qualify for this degree in one of three ways:

• by major thesis (70,000 words)
• by coursework (four units) and minor thesis (25,000 words)
• by coursework alone (six units)

Specialisations are available in coursework programs in the areas of:

• banking and finance law
• commercial law
• criminal justice and litigation
• intellectual property
• international and comparative law
• internet and electronic law
• tribunal procedures
