The new professional masters by coursework degrees, offered for the first time in 2002, enable candidates with a bachelors degree to proceed to a masters in 18 months of full-time study or three years of part-time study. Students normally complete 72 points of coursework, which may include a 12 or 24-point research project. Students may exit from these programs with a graduate diploma after successful completion of 48 points, or with a Graduate Certificate of Arts after successful completion of 24 points.
Candidates must normally have a bachelors degree with a credit average.
Note that international students wishing to apply for the new professional masters programs, except those wishing to apply for the Master of Communications and Media studies, must contact the school directly for information about enrolment.
