University is a national and international provider of courses through
off-campus distributed learning.
Fully accredited diplomas, bachelors degrees, combined degrees, honours
degrees, graduate certificates, diplomas and masters degrees are available by
off-campus distributed learning. Also offered are executive certificates -
non-award courses where a certificate of completion is issued to successful
candidates by the faculty rather than the university.
In 2002, 163 courses will be offered by off-campus distributed learning from
the faculties of Art and Design; Arts; Business and Economics; Information
Technology; Education; Engineering; Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences; and
Science.
