Graduate law courses offered

The graduate courses presently approved are:
1. Graduate Diploma in Law with specialisations in the areas of:

• banking and finance law
• commercial law
• criminal justice and litigation
• intellectual property
• international and comparative law
• internet and electronic law

2. Graduate Diploma in Trade Mark Law and Practice
3. Master of Laws. Students may qualify for this degree in one of three ways:

• by major thesis (70,000 words)
• by coursework (four subjects) and minor thesis (25,000 words)
• by coursework alone (six subjects)

Specialisations are available in coursework programs in the areas of:

• banking and finance law
• commercial law
• criminal justice and litigation
• intellectual property
• international and comparative law
• internet and electronic law
