Synopsis: As for WSM4180, with the addition of a significant theoretical engagement with issues of postmodernity and politics as they are played out within contemporary feminisms.

Assessment: 8 points - Seminar participation: 20% + A short applied research task (2000 words): 30% + A long research essay based on seminar presentation, and on a topic relevant to the student0s research interests (4000 words): 50%. 12 points - As for WSM4180 (for pre-1998 students only)
