Synopsis: Topics include the role of the IS professional; interacting with the client, users and peers; communications skills including communication requirements of an IS project, writing for business in an IS context, oral presentation techniques for IS contexts, listening and reading skills; professional ethics.

Assessment: Examination: 60% + Practical work: 40%
