Assessment: Essay(2,000 words): 20% + essay (4,000 words): 40% + exam (3 hours): 40%. Students completing this subject at fourth-year level will be expected to demonstrate in their research essays and examination a wider critical grasp of the changing interpretations of globalism, nationalism and localism.
