Synopsis: Nutrient metabolism at the cellular level and the whole-body level; the structure and function of the reproductive system; human development from conception, and the biology of pregnancy; elementary human genetics.

Assessment: Laboratory work: 30% + Examination and Mid Semester Test: 70%
