Synopsis: Specialist studies in sexual and reproductive nursing. Using a lifespan developmental framework, the subject explores the most prevalent issues in sexual and reproductive health for both gender groups. The role of the nurse in client management and care is applied to each wellness/illness state studied. Clinical competence in sexual and reproductive nursing is an integral part of this subject.
