Synopsis: This subject advances students' knowledge of multimedia design principles with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary practice. The use of digital vide, digital audio, dynamic data and animation is explored in the context of interactive media. Methods for problem solving multimedia design in a large project multi-disciplinary project teams are explored. The view of multimedia design as a discipline is expanded through exploration of its relationship with interface design, information architecture and multimedia authoring.

Assessment: Three major project:80% + Minor projects:20%
