Wine and food applied research project

(BUS)

12 points + Peninsula + Full Year + Prerequisites: Completion of 8 subjects in the Master of Wine Technology and Marketing or the Master of Marketing (Food and Beverage)

Synopsis: Under the supervision of one or more academic staff, the student will: identify a relevant project, develop research objectives and hypotheses, establish an appropriate research design, carry out the research and write up the report.

Assessment: Research report (20,000 words including a 5,000 word critical review of the relevant literature for 25% of the total marks): 100%
