Synopsis: Focusing on strategic management, this subject draws on a broad range of practitioner experience and local and overseas case studies. Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of case study skills, and the analysis of recent public sector and non- government organisation successes and failures from a strategic management perspective.

Assessment: Case study (2000 words): 25% + Research essay (2500 words): 35% + Examination: 40%
