Synopsis: Topics covered include Australian images of Asia and Asian images of Australia; developing business strategies and policies for the Asian region; managing an Asian workforce, Asia leadership styles, managing industrial and human resources issues, communication and conflict management from an Asian perspective. Countries from Asia plus the Indian sub-continent are considered.

Assessment: Individual essay (1500-2000 words): 30% + Group assignment (4000 words): 30% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
