6 points + Subject runs over two semesters + 39 hours of lectures and tutorials + Caulfield + Prerequisite: Entry to BBus(Hons)

Synopsis: Application of management theory and evidence to an issue of management practice. Problem identification, analysis, application of theory, development of solutions, and the change agent and intervention strategies needed to investigate, gain support and perhaps implement recommendations for practice.

Assessment: Individual presentation: 15% + Written proposal (2000 words): 25% + Assignment (3000 words): 30% + Business report (2000 words): 30%
