Synopsis: The economic; legal and industrial support structure for enterprise agreements; strategic choices theory; process issues; the tools of enterprise agreements: critical success factors and improved performance outcomes; evaluation and implementation issues for firms and employees; a systems approach to enterprise agreements; outcomes for employees, unions, organisations and the nation.

Assessment: Class quiz: 10% + Media portfolio (2500 words): 35% + Class participation and debate: 15% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
