MGC3110Strategic management(BUS)
Ms Linda McGuire 6 points + 2-hour lecture per week and 1-hour tutorial per week + Second semester + Clayton + Prerequisites: MGC2110 or permission Synopsis: This subject follows MGC2110 and considers the practical applications of strategic management concepts and theories. Students are required to apply critical thinking and research skills to strategic problem solving as applied to contemporary Australian cases. The emphasis is on analysis to identify strategic issues, evaluate options and recommend solutions. The objective is to develop students' skills in independent strategic thinking. Assessment: Group assignments (5000 words): 50% + Examination (2 hours): 50% |
