Synopsis: Introduction to relevant literature from the organisational field. Students apply their weekly readings in dynamics in their own work place (or a professional/voluntary group in which they are actively involved) conceptualising organisational dynamics in group analytic terms, identifying group dynamics in work units and teams and applying group analytic principles to understanding organisation dynamics.
