Synopsis: A series of activities designed to explore the various internal and external forces affecting conference participants and consultants in their roles and organisations. In this collegial setting, participants test and learn from different ways of approaching similar concerns and problems. Participants and consultants together create an /organisation for learning0 fostering a deeper understanding of conscious and unconscious processes occurring in individuals, groups and organisations.

Assessment: Evidence of ability to participate in conference as shown by attendance: 30% + Journal completion: 20% + Written assessment: 50%
