Economic analysis of current issues in commercial law

Synopsis: The course will involve analysis, from an economic perspective, of at least five areas of current interest in commercial law. The following to be covered include: unconscionable contracts; product liability; fiduciary relationships; corporate governance; intellectual property; misleading conduct.

Assessment: Research assignment (3750 words): 50% + Final examination (1.5 hours): 50%
