6 points + First second semester + In country only + Prerequisites: ITA1020, ITA1080 or equivalent knowledge of the language

Synopsis: An approved semester-length subject or an intensive language program at an Italian teaching institution. Placement arrangements will be made through the department, which has links with the universities of Florence and Perugia, and at other approved institutions in Italy.

Assessment: Students will be required to bring back all written work for assessment.
