Synopsis: Planning, scheduling and controlling of projects including: cost estimating techniques; network analysis; time analysis and scheduling; CPM and PERT; resource allocation, resource scheduling, resource constraining and levelling; project costing, project scheduling and project control; example application in both manufacturing and service industries; review of commercially available software and use of PC-based project management package.
