Synopsis: Conceptual, aesthetic and theoretical concerns are addressed together with the development of technical skills including painting in oils and acrylics, stretcher and ground preparation, colour mixing on the palette, projects concentrating on the use of tone and colour, composition, and drawing-based construction of form and space.
