Synopsis: Recent developments in numeric control as a means of learning, in general and with specific reference to technology education. Theory, practice and evaluation of control and interfacing in the curriculum. Cross-curriculum applications of control technology. Control, monitoring and analysis as conceptual tools in an educational context.

Assessment: Two assignments (4000 and 2000 words): 66% and 34%
