Synopsis: Preparation for teaching general science in secondary schools. Particular emphasis on the students' prior views, "children's science" and constructivism in influencing conceptual change How students learn science concepts and construct their own meaning. Participation in a camp to be held in March. (Gippsland students do not attend camp)

Assessment: Class assignments: 50% + Formal report: 50%
