Learning technologies: classroom publishing

6 points + 3 hours per week + First semester + Peninsula + Prerequisites: EDN2365 or EDF4221 or EDP2101 or equivalent

Synopsis: Recent developments in the use of computer technology in the classroom and pedagogical issues surrounding learning technologies. Students develop advanced skills in the use of word processing, desktop publishing, web publishing and Logo programming software.

Assessment: Folio of practical work (1000 words): 20% + Research essay (1500 words): 40% + Examination(1500 words): 40%
