CRH1032Applied research for rural health practitioners(MED)
Dr A Young 12 points + off campus distributed learning + First semester + Second semester Synopsis: Support preparing your Master of Rural Health research proposal. This unit contains a theoretical component and is based on the acquisition of practical research skills. You use audio and video resources, tables and diagrams to enhance the written word and health you turn 'thinking' into 'doing'. Students undertake a critical review of literature and develop a research proposal, an application for access to research grants, and the required ethics applications. This unit also deals with responsibilities and issues associated with research supervision. Assessment: Written assignments + Journals + Teleconference participation |
