Mr Brendan Sweeney 6 points + 3 hours per week + Second semester + Caulfield + Distance + Prerequisite: BTF1010 Synopsis: The legal framework which operates in relation to marketing decisions and practice. Topics discussed include unfair trading practices, intellectual property rights (patents, trade marks and copyright), anti-competitive conduct and new marketing practices.
