Synopsis: Studio at this level in Visual Arts is research orientated and non-prescriptive in terms of content. Projects are determined by and contingent upon individual interests and needs. Students are expected to produce a written proposal of their investigative topic at the beginning of the semester, and consult regularly with their lecturers on its implementation. Both the intentions of students and the results of their work are debated in group discussions and critical sessions.

Assessment: Portfolio of work and research paper + Mid semester:20% + End of semester:80%
