Ancient Greece through its Drama

Synopsis: The subject aims through a study of six representative ancient Greek plays from the classical period to explore not only the achievements of ancient Greek dramatists in the development of this art form, but also to achieve a deeper understanding of the culture and society of the Greeks of this period.

Assessment: Tutorial paper (1000 words): 15% + Essay (2000 words): 45% + Examination (1.5 hours): 40%
