The environment of the business (marketing, planning, financial, and risk assessment). Risk and financial management. Strategic options and the impact of various funding options on financial performance. Venture capital, ownership, succession and the business lifecycle. Venture capital investors, the due diligence process, structuring the deal, involvement of the investor after making the investment, and investors0 exit strategies.
