8 points + Summer semester + Clayton + A minimum six weeks intensive course (approximatively 90 hours) in a language, culture and civilisation course in a Spanish-speaking country + Corequisite: SPN2010 + May not be counted as part of a minor sequence in Spanish
Synopsis: During the semester preceding the intensive course students will need to undertake supervised research on one aspect of Hispanic American and/or Spanish culture/civilisation.
Assessment: Essay completed while overseas (3000 words) or two essays (1500 words each): 60% + Diary: 30% + Regular assessment in the foreign institution: 10%
