Synopsis: Introduction to desk-top information systems and integrated applications development in a windows-based Rapid Application Development environment. Examines different approaches to integrating information from diverse domains such as spreadsheets, word processors, databases, the World Wide Web, graphics and sound, using OLE ActiveX, DHTML with tools such as Visual Basic and Delphi. Presents the principles and processes of Rapid Application Development, and how it can be applied using graphical development tools.
