Synopsis: Sonographic methods and techniques in obstetrics and peripheral vascular examinations. Anatomy of the embryo and fetoplacental unit. Sonographic anatomy and pathophysiology of the peripheral vascular and extracranial system. Multiple pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy. Assessment of gestational age and growth. Foetal viability. Artefacts. Doppler and Spectral analysis.
