Project planning and research for interior architecture

Synopsis: Research methods and their application. Interior architecture (research) issues: users, clients, technology, regulations, sites, environment and ecology/heritage. Project management issues: contract law, contract administration, tendering and negotiation, planning authority approvals, cost planning, staff resource allocation, costing and budget planning. Computer-based construction schedules and resource allocation. Time schedules. Critical path networks for sub-projects with multi-activities.
