Orchestral, choral and chamber performance and repertoire

Synopsis: Orchestral, choral and chamber rehearsals and concert performance of selected works. An historical and theoretical study of the relevant orchestral repertoire. Non BMus/BPA students may fulfil the requirements of this subject without chamber performance and with extra weighting in orchestral/choral performance. Different works from different periods are studied each semester.

Assessment: Written assignment (3500 words): 25% + Concert chamber performance: (30 minutes chamber ensemble in addition to large ensemble): 75%
