6 points + 2-hour lecture and 1-hour tutorial per week + Berwick + Second semester + Prerequisite: MKB1221

Synopsis: The processes of communication with governments (Federal, State and local) and financial market institutions involved with investor relations, floats, mergers and takeovers. Students will be required to demonstrate the roles which strategically employed communication can contribute in such circumstances.

Assessment: Assignment (3000 words): 30% + Team assignment (3000 words): 30% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
