Synopsis: A comprehensive examination of executive leadership in Australia and internationally. Individual, group and organisational issues, specifically in terms of current leadership models and paradigms, leadership research methods, gender, ethical, and strategic issues, and the relationships between leadership and peformance, group dynamics, organisational culture, and learning organisations.
