Synopsis: A study of industrial relations in the management of organisations - including private and public sector enterprises and trade unions. The approach requires students to consider the strategic responses available to parties to industrial relations through case studies, speakers and student presentations.

Assessment: Written (assignments 4000 words): 40% + Take-home examination: 60%
